HOW DOES IT WORK ?
1) Choose the style of your portrait from the options shown in the pictures. If you’d like a ready-to-hang framed version, you can also select a frame (black, wood- colored or white).
2) Complete your purchase and remember to send me an email with:
your furry friend’s NAME, if you want it to appear in the illustration. Otherwise write “NO NAME”
the SEX of your pet, so I can choose the right colors and clothing for the portrait
some PHOTOS of your furry friend, preferably FRONTAL shots where their face is clearly visible. Send me more than one image so I can capture their features as accurately as possible.
3) Usually, within 5 working days, I will complete the portrait, print it and frame it (if you’ve chosen the ready-to-hang versione), then send it to you!
Delivery times depend on the courier and are usually 1-3 business days for Italy.
For international orders, delivery takes longer, about 5–14 working days.
